About The Position

Join a US Defense manufacturing team as a Production Team Member. You’ll operate and monitor production equipment, perform quality checks, keep accurate run records, and help the line hit daily output and safety targets.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in a production or warehouse environment
• VantageClear or active security clearance required.
• Mechanical aptitude; comfortable with basic hand/tools and machine interfaces
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced setting
• Clear communication, teamwork, and reliable attendance

Nice To Haves

• Experience with basic quality checks, line documentation, or inventory systems
• Familiarity with 5S/Lean practices or GMP/ISO environments
• Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery per SOPs; start-up, changeover, and basic adjustments
• Monitor line performance; escalate and help troubleshoot minor issues to reduce downtime
• Perform visual inspections and in-process quality checks; document results accurately
• Record production counts, lot/shift data, and inventory movements
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE; support 5S/continuous improvement
• Collaborate with teammates and leads to meet shift goals
