About The Position

The Production Team Member in our Shotblast department handles crane operations to transfer parts from the machine onto skips for oven loading. They ensure correct part placement and orientation following processes and instructions. Additionally, they identify, remove, and quarantine parts needing weld repair. The role may also involve other tasks within or beyond the department. Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Good reading, writing, mathematical, computer, and verbal skills
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working with cranes preferred

Responsibilities

  • Will be trained and certified in Lock Out/ Tag Out procedures
  • Responsible for inspecting the cranes
  • Responsible for quality inspection on parts being processed
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, be organized with good time management
