As an Assembler I, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the exacting standards our customers expect.

As an Assembler I, you will support daily production operations by performing hands-on assembly and inspection tasks while following established work instructions and quality standards.

• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Nice To Haves

• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience
• Familiarity with small-part or precision assembly

Responsibilities

• Assemble knife components and sub-assemblies accurately and efficiently
• Perform basic functional testing and visual inspections of assembled parts
• Follow work instructions, process documentation, and safety procedures
• Handle cleaning, packaging, and final inspection of finished products
• Prepare products and components for internal transfer or shipment
• Organize parts, stamp inlays, and assemble pocket clips as assigned
• Meet daily and weekly production quotas without sacrificing quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Complete all required production and quality documentation accurately
• Escalate defects, issues, or concerns to supervision promptly
