Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor your team, fostering professional and personal growth.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day running of the production zone.
- Drive QCDP targets (Quality, Cost, Delivery, People).
- Coordinate solutions to challenges and lead continuous improvement activities.
- Promote 5S, Health & Safety, and the Nissan Way values.
- Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive working environment.
- Cover Supervisor duties when required.
