Make Your Mark at Prysmian! Job overview: The Team Lead oversees one of four rotating 12-hour shifts, running in a 24/7 (7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am) fiber optic cable manufacturing plant. The team lead keeps safety and quality standards and ensures that production goals are met with work being performed in compliance with company policy and regulations. Team Overview and Job Responsibilities Deliver production objectives and make quality decisions on shift. Execute shift operations plan by process area, focusing on ware movement and production priorities. Re-assign staffing resources based on current requirements or changes. Manage MRR queue. Track, evaluate, and develop individual operator performance. Prepare and deliver end of shift turnover meetings. Ensure all product meets requirements as defined by the Plant’s Quality Management Systems Comply with all applicable safety procedures and ISO14001 EMS guidelines Conduct month end inventory counts as needed. Serve on the site spill team, as leader of the plant evacuation team, and as a first responder.
