This dynamic role is not just about leadership; it's a hands-on opportunity that paves your path to becoming a Production Supervisor or stepping into functional leadership roles. Shift Details: 3rd shift from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM Compensation: Starting at 1.50 shift differential per hour Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts Benefits: Comprehensive package available after just 30 days of employment Position Summary As a Team Leader, you will set the standard for safety, product quality, and line performance. Your leadership will shape the daily culture and tone of our team.

Requirements

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Experience: Background in food manufacturing and production floor experience is preferred.
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or TPM is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and conduct sanitation audits, food safety checks, and product quality assessments.
Facilitate effective communication among peers, team members, and Production Management.
Maintain a safe working environment through effective housekeeping and safety practices.
Adapt communication styles to suit various audiences.
Foster a positive team atmosphere by coaching and supporting individuals for peak performance.
Build relationships based on trust, respect, and open communication.
