Job Description: This position is responsible for assisting the department supervisor’s daily production goals by communicating production needs and coordinating production materials and resources accordingly. The position provides daily work direction, directly assisting employees and working in production as required under the direction of the area supervisor.

Requirements

• high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• at least five years of experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires a knowledge of manufacturing procedures and capacities, company products and components, and production/inventory control procedures
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings
• Basic computer skills required
