SUMMARY: Coordinates production employees to meet scheduled requirements in respective department. Required to perform other miscellaneous tasks as supervision deems necessary. Responsibilities

Trains and enforces all policies and procedures.
Completes and verifies First and Final Article Inspections as necessary.
Assures parts are correct and identified before leaving department.
Processes associated documentation including process tags, rework tags, and non-conforming material documents.
Stages work for department.
Assists Production/Assistant Production Supervisors with job assignments as needed.
Mentors and trains new employees.
Collaborates with Assistant/Production Supervisors on personnel issues, reviews, promotions, transfers, discharges and discipline.
Coordinates production with other departments.
Works with management to improve production flow.
Analyzes and resolves work situations and assists production workers in solving work problems.
Assists in production, as necessary.
Reads and interprets sales orders.
Completes all weekly, daily and monthly 5S tasks.
