Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and work processes
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead by example in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

  • Coach team members on safety awareness and personal responsibility
  • Address and resolve unsafe conditions promptly
  • Support employee growth by communicating training needs and plans
  • Facilitate strong communication between shifts and departments
  • Oversee and verify production records (HACCP, sanitation checklists, etc.)
  • Lead setups, changeovers, and ensure production runs within operating standards
  • Conduct root cause analyses for issues and help implement solutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely coaching on errors
  • Promote a positive, supportive training experience for new hires
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the department
