Production Team Lead - All Shifts
About The Position
Eagle Bend Manufacturing, a Tier 1 Auto Manufacturer, seeks an experienced Team Leader to support the Supervisor in managing the team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, and driving manufacturing improvements. Demonstrate strong leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment by effectively guiding and motivating team members to meet production goals. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Requirements
- Basic math skills and mechanical ability
- Good inter-personal skills
- Leadership ability to help team achieve goals daily, weekly, and annually
- Ability to understand verbal work instructions provided in English
Responsibilities
- Operate resistance spot weld machines; assemble components to produce quality finished goods
- Oversee general manufacturing processes and team members.
- Plan and delegate assignments and ability to evaluate performance and address discipline issues.
- Present a positive attitude and motivate team members
- Work overtime hours including weekends
