About The Position

Key Responsibilities: Lead and support team members in the production and packaging of Kringle, cakes, artisan baked goods, and seasonal items. Oversee mixing, baking, decorating, and packaging processes to meet production goals. Coordinate mail order packaging and seasonal product fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance and quality standards. Monitor production flow and proactively address bottlenecks, staffing needs, and inventory levels. Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, SQF, and OSHA standards. Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of quality and safety checks. Collaborate with other departments to meet company-wide production goals. Serve as acting Supervisor when needed and support cross-functional teams during peak seasons. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3–5 years of leadership experience in food production, baking, packaging, or a related field. Experience with artisan baking, mail order fulfillment, and seasonal product packaging is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); ability to read and follow instructions in English. Spanish language skills a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. Able to work in varying temperatures (50°F–95°F) and around allergens (milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, sesame). Why Join O&H Danish Bakery? Requirements
