About The Position

The Production Team Lead at Carfair Composites will oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the manufacturing process. You will lead and support the production team, facilitate communication between management and staff, and work to improve operational workflows. Your leadership will be essential in meeting production targets and upholding Carfair’s commitment to excellence.
Key duties include supervising team members, training new employees, monitoring production quality, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
