Sanimax is looking to hire a Team Leader to work the night shift at our Green Bay facilities. The Team Leader will act as the bridge between team members, operational processes, and management. Understand and execute the daily Loadout Plan, ensure accurate inventory, and that load out and storage equipment is kept in good working order. Prepare and lead DMS meetings. Communicate and educate the team on SOP’s and Work Instructions, follow-up on weekly training plans as employees learn new skills. Support the effort to keep Work Instructions current and assist in training team members. Understand KPI’s and production goals. Lead the team in an efficient and respectful manner.
