Sanimax is looking to hire a Team Leader to work the night shift at our Green Bay facilities. The Team Leader will act as the bridge between team members, operational processes, and management. You’ll lead daily communication, support training, and help maintain a safe, productive, and respectful work environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of all Safety and Operational SOPs
• Knowledge of all department positions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment knowledge
• Experience working with machinery or in an industrial environment
• Ability to lead by example in a fast‑paced setting

Responsibilities

• Maintain good housekeeping practices and promote a safe work environment.
• Understand and execute the daily Loadout Plan, ensure accurate inventory, and that load out and storage equipment is kept in good working order.
• Prepare and lead DMS meetings.
• Communicate and educate the team on SOP’s and Work Instructions, follow-up on weekly training plans as employees learn new skills.
• Support the effort to keep Work Instructions current and assist in training team members.
• Understand KPI’s and production goals.
• Lead the team in an efficient and respectful manner.
