Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a production supervisor in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems (Acumatica) and Google Suite, with a sharp eye for Lean manufacturing principles and workflow optimization.
The ability to lead pre-shift huddles, navigate difficult coaching conversations with transparency, and model a "safety-first" mindset.
A lead-by-example attitude evidenced by exemplary attendance and a positive, team-oriented hunger for continuous improvement.
Ability to stand for long shifts (5:15am – 2:00pm) and pivot quickly in a high-energy production environment.
Excellent manual dexterity to troubleshoot equipment and perform the same precise tasks you expect from your team.
Capable of bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed to support the line.

Responsibilities

Plan and delegate daily tasks with precision to eliminate downtime, ensuring every team member is empowered to contribute to our mission.
Foster a culture of accountability and inclusivity by coaching associates, resolving conflicts, and driving cross-training to build a versatile, elite production squad.
Independently operate and troubleshoot advanced equipment while maintaining flawless accuracy in batch records (Acumatica, Google Sheets) to ensure total compliance.
Monitor real-time output against quotas, proactively solving bottlenecks and proposing process innovations that sharpen our competitive edge.
