About The Position

Production Team Lead - Fiber/Molding Flex Department Reports to: Molding Supervisor Location: Battle Creek, MI $20.16/hour based on experience + $2 shift premium RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide leadership to all teams and follow / enforce safety guidelines Provide production associates with needed training and orientation to the department and job Inspect parts for quality per standard and enforce quality guidelines Work effectively with team members to trouble shoot quality and/or production issues Change machines over, perform needed preventative maintenance and keep abreast of how to run new parts and operate new machine innovation Know different types of material in department and to make sure everyone follows Kanban system Complete department paperwork and required training programs as well as keeping areas organized with 5S principles REQUIREMENTS: Able to perform work responsibilities safety and ability to follow all safety rules and regulations High School Diploma or GED is required and at least 2 years manufacturing experience Attention to detail and ability to manage projects in a timely manner Who we are Motus Integrated Technologies is a rapidly growing, half a billion-dollar global manufacturer of high-performance headliners, interior trim, and fiber solution products for the global automotive market. Requirements
