About The Position

As a Team Lead on the 2nd Shift at Carfair Composites, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production team and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and effectively. Your leadership will help drive productivity and maintain high quality standards while fostering a safe work environment. The Team Lead will act as a vital link between management and staff, coordinating activities and ensuring that production goals are achieved efficiently. Your responsibilities include guiding team members in their tasks, providing training, optimizing production processes, and addressing any issues that may arise during operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift hours and maintain flexibility for overtime as needed. (Mon-Thur 3:00pm-1:30am)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to team members and management.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing production demands.
• Commitment to enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a safe workplace.
• Ability to encourage teamwork and foster a positive work culture.
