Will be working with and setting up equipment while performing cooking and processing of vegetables. As our 1 st Shift Bilingual Team Lead , you’ll: Serve as a primary back up for the Production Supervisor. Know and follow HACCP, SOPs and SQF programs. Know and follow all Food Safety procedures. Monitor cleanliness within the plant as required by HACCP. Assist in production activities to help insure it is running smoothly, and quality is being met. Watch and enforce safety policies and procedures. Support, make, and implement management decisions. Resolve problems and drive continuous improvement. Promote a positive work environment. Responsible for the compliance to production standards and product yields. Communication of results to team members. Evaluation of personnel. Management of overtime requirements. Evaluate, support, and ensure proper training of employees in both English/Spanish. Retrain when necessary.
