Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years in a manufacturing and/or shipping environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Wok, Outlook).
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system.
  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or shipping environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct and timely shipment of customer orders, including hazardous material shipments in compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching to meet performance goals.
  • Inspect work for accuracy, neatness, and adherence to company policy and procedures.
  • Actively promote and enforce safety initiatives and workplace policies.
  • Support employees with process-related challenges and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Deliver clear written and verbal instructions to team members.
  • Assist the manager in identifying workflow improvements, preparing schedules, and expediting tasks.
