Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.
Minimum of three (3) years in a manufacturing and/or shipping environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Wok, Outlook).
Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system.
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or shipping environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure correct and timely shipment of customer orders, including hazardous material shipments in compliance with regulations.
Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching to meet performance goals.
Inspect work for accuracy, neatness, and adherence to company policy and procedures.
Actively promote and enforce safety initiatives and workplace policies.
Support employees with process-related challenges and foster a collaborative work environment.
Deliver clear written and verbal instructions to team members.
Assist the manager in identifying workflow improvements, preparing schedules, and expediting tasks.
