About The Position

SUMMARY OF POSITION Perform disassembly and cleaning of portable equipment, area cleans, material movements, and staging in support of Operations Manufacturing and Packing production. Manage associated tracking systems to insure readiness for production. ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE The Production Support Technician reports directly to their Operations Shift Manager.

Team player and willing to work with minimal supervision; self-directed.
Attention to Detail
High school diploma or GED

Manufacturing and /or Packaging disassembly and cleaning experience
Mechanical background
GMP

Responsibilities

Work with Manager/Team Leader to understand daily needs/schedule for cleaning priorities
Clean and/or aid in disassembly of the following:
Bins-All shapes and sizes
Portable processing equipment
Tab/Cap tooling
Filler Parts
Any removable parts or components for Mfg or Pkg Equipment
Operate the following Equipment:
Pallet Washer Parts Washer
Sonic Bath(s)
Bin Washing system
Washer and Dryer
Spray Carts
Material Handling Equipment such as: Pallet Jacks, Walkie Stackers
Perform the following material handling/container cleans:
Pallets
Drums
Perform the following module cleans/PM s as needed:
Drain Cleans
Mod Cleans
MER Cleans
Qualified to perform and/or assist in sampling of clean equipment
Work with Manager/Team Leader to understand daily needs/schedule for material movement priorities
Stage batches/materials for processing
Remove materials when completed in mod, take to hi-rise or assist with vault material movements
Gather and deliver needed supplies
When possible, aid in the removal of trash and transport to trash area
Monitor clean parts status and insure readiness for use (i.e.- 90 day cleans, sampling status, etc.)- communicate concerns to Management/Team Leaders.
Order and return to stock materials when needed
Maintain Cleaning alcohol cabinets- insure they are stocked and reorder when needed
Maintain the organization/cleanliness of wash Rack and Equipment storage areas- communicate concerns to Management/Team Leaders.
Record cleaning in cleaning records, logbooks and on status tags, record material moves in logbooks if needed.
Understand and perform basic GMP documentation in records and logbooks
Manage cleaning status tracking of Bin and Portable Equipment clean status
