Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven, hands-on experience working in a production, manufacturing, or similar industrial environment.
  • Must be proficient and experienced in safely working with both hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to take clear direction, collaborate effectively with teams, and perform tasks productively with self-direction.
  • Excellent ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively to consistently meet production deadlines.
  • Must consistently wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Mobility: Ability to stand, walk, crouch, and bend frequently throughout the entire shift, including the ability to climb stairs.
  • Environment: Ability to work in varying temperatures (heat and cold) that may occur within the facility.
  • Lifting: Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • This position will require successfully completing a post-offer background check. Qualified candidates with a criminal history will be considered and are not automatically disqualified, consistent with federal and state law.

Responsibilities

  • Production & Assembly: Execute the fabrication and assembly of products across various production capacities using both hand tools and power tools.
  • Preventative Maintenance (PM): Conduct daily safety inspections of all production-area equipment; accurately complete and record all PM tasks.
  • Facility & Equipment Support: Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and operate specialized production equipment specific to the facility.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of critical tools and production supplies.
  • Safety & Compliance: Uphold a "SAFETY FIRST" mindset by maintaining a clean, orderly, and secure work environment. Strictly follow all established safety procedures and comply with all applicable OSHA regulations and company policies.
  • Schedule & Teamwork: Adhere strictly to the assigned work schedule (attendance and punctuality) and maintain flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed.
