About The Position

Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and applications by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues promptly. This role is required to use the below tool/technologies. Tools and Application - GitHub,Postman, Soap UI, ServiceNow, JIRA Monitoring - Dynatrace, Logscale, Openshift Cloud Platform, Kafka DB - Oracle DB, Mongo DB, SQL Developer JSON Technologies - Git, BlueZone Mainframe, Languages - XML, JSON, SQL

Requirements

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in production support for Distributed applications
• Strong SQL skills and experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata.

Responsibilities

• Incident Management: Monitor production systems, identify issues, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs to minimize service disruption.
• Problem Management: Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Change Management: Coordinate and execute approved changes in production environments while ensuring system stability.
• System Monitoring: Proactively monitor application performance and infrastructure health to detect anomalies early.
• Batch Job Management: Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs (e.g., CA7, Control-M).
• Collaboration: Work with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, changes, and processes for compliance and audit purposes.
• Client Support: Communicate with business users to understand issues, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, security standards, and disaster recovery protocols.
