About The Position
• Lead hourly employee crew and oversee production activities. Implement initiatives for improving safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, waste, etc. • Monitor effectiveness of programs and work to improve performance in all areas. • Typical daily duties will consist of processing of orders, supervision of, and participation in the production of the orders. • Ensure all orders are prepared for shipment. • Ship and receive products. • Complete daily paperwork and clean the plant at the end of each workday.
