About The Position

As a Production Supervisor, you will direct departmental activities and initiate/participate in cross-functional activities to accomplish the objectives of safety, quality, on-time delivery, inventory, productivity, and continuous improvement, which focuses on removing cost from the business as well as meeting departmental metrics, goals, and objectives. In this role, you will: Champion a Zero Incident Safety Culture and ensure compliance with standardized work and safety requirements. Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives by empowering employees and collaborating cross-functionally. Oversee daily operations including inventory review, labor scheduling, equipment maintenance, and budget adherence. Monitor team performance in safety, quality, and productivity; provide coaching, training, and development resources. Manage administrative functions such as attendance, time-off, training records, and internal communications. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve plant goals and support business partner selection and development.

Requirements

Two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
One (1) year of supervisory experience
Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI will be considered.
Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Nice To Haves

Five (5) years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with lean manufacturing / Operational Excellence in 5S+, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, etc.
Experience in an Engineered to order environment
