About The Position

The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the manufacturing floor. This role leads a team of production employees, drives continuous improvement, and ensures production goals are consistently met.

Requirements

3+ years' experience in manufacturing or production leadership
Ability to drive change and innovation
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with production software, ERP systems and/or Microsoft Office preferred

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop production associates to achieve performance goals
Monitor daily production schedules and adjust workflow to meet deadlines
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies and organizational behaviors
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate solutions with necessary resources
Track and report key performance metrics, including output, downtime and labor efficiency
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and training sessions
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation, including production logs, quality checks, incident reports, etc
Monitor quality of work and production efficiency and take necessary corrective action to remedy gaps
