About The Position

Now Hiring: 3rd Shift Production Supervisor – Document Scanning ARC Document Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Production Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift team in executing paper-to-digital conversion projects. You’ll oversee production activities, ensure quality control, meet deadlines, and optimize labor efficiency - all while contributing to monthly profitability reviews.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Supervisory experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and work in a secure facility
Team-oriented with a “can-do” attitude

Responsibilities

Follow directions from the AIM Center manager, plan and direct production activities and establish priorities for customer projects in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.
Confer with management to establish production and quality control standards and procedures.
Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications and operating or production problems.
Revise production schedules and clarify priorities as result of equipment failure or operating problems.
Maintain quality standards and resolve production issues.
Coordinate shift transitions with the night manager and assigned departments.
Review production schedules and estimate employee hour requirements for job completion.
Monitor records, and report inventory.
Perform hands-on tasks when needed.
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
