We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor. In this role you will oversee our 3rd shift production, quality, safety, and maintenance. So, what will you be doing as a Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift? Oversee shift production, quality, safety, and maintenance
Employee coaching, mentoring, and accountability
Manager workflow by planning, monitoring, and executing targeted job results
Manager KPI’s and provides production reports to the Manufacturing Manager
Work with team members to develop, plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives
Encourage a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel
Achieve acceptable quality and OTD requirements
Improve efficiency, productivity and minimization of scrap to achieve product cost targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

High mechanical aptitude; familiarity with precision measurement tools (i.e. micrometers, calipers, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Must pay close attention to detail and be accurate.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, and Access)
Ability to manage a large, diverse group in a busy environment that is fast paced and rapidly changing
Multi-tasking abilities a must
Organizational and time management skills.
Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize workday/projects independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
At least 3 – 5 years in a manufacturing supervisory role

Proven skills with ISO/AS9100 quality standards as well as Lean/Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement disciplines preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred but not required
Experience in aerospace manufacturing preferred
