As a Production Supervisor at Wolverine, you are responsible for your area’s performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. This is a role for leaders who take pride in building strong teams and strong results. This role will directly supervise up to 20 employees in Production and in multiple work areas with the expectation to build a strong, capable, and profitable future. Requirements

  • Associate degree OR 2–4 years related supervisory experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Willingness to work 8- or 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends as required

Responsibilities

  • Set expectations clearly and follow through consistently
  • Reinforce safe behavior and correct unsafe actions immediately
  • Coach operators and develop a capable, confident team
  • Ensure adherence to procedures, specifications, and standard work
  • Maintain an organized, audit-ready work environment
  • Manage labor, resources, and shift flow to meet production targets
  • Apply lean principles to improve processes and eliminate waste
  • Collaborate with supervisors across shifts for alignment and continuity
  • Make a visible impact every shift
  • Influence culture and team behavior
  • Build reliable processes and strong operators
  • Help develop the plant’s future direction
  • Grow into broader leadership roles within a global company
