About The Position

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead team members to identify, manage, and execute process improvement opportunities within the plant. You will oversee production staff to meet production and quality goals, resolve issues related to bottlenecks, and ensure that materials, equipment, and staffing resources are aligned to support the production schedule. You will support continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, cost, and customer service while fostering an engaged, team‑oriented workforce that drives strong business results. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Monitor production to ensure quality, productivity and cost standards are met. Provide training so team members perform job duties effectively. Support sanitation operations as needed to promote and maintain a clean, food‑safe environment. Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures. Evaluate performance, communicate expectations, and share guidance that supports improved work outcomes. Support plant and company safety programs, maintaining high awareness and adherence to requirements including lock‑out/tag‑out, personal protective equipment, and confined space entry. Ingredients Required for Your Success High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or related Natural Sciences preferred. Three or more years of supervisory experience. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. SAP experience preferred. Understanding of manufacturing processes and loss. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices. Working knowledge of plant equipment and safety practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills. Willingness to work weekends and/or shift schedules with a strong work ethic and consistent employment history. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees. Requirements
