About The Position

AZEK is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead a high-performing
manufacturing team during our overnight operations. This role is ideal for a
hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about
safety, quality, and team engagement. You’ll play a critical role in delivering
production goals while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous
improvement, and respect.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree (technical or related field) preferred, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with required supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of production equipment, quality standards, and safety practices
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to thrive on a night shift rotational schedule

Responsibilities

• Leading and engaging production teams to achieve operational goals
• Ensuring safety standards, company policies, and quality requirements are consistently met
• Overseeing equipment set-ups, start-ups, and efficient machine operation
• Monitoring product quality, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to specifications
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and partnering with Maintenance on repairs and preventive maintenance
• Managing production schedules, documentation, and shift communication
• Providing training, coaching, and conflict resolution to support team development
• Promoting a clean, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment
