About The Position

A 2nd shift manufacturing supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the production activities of Twin Oaks Industries during our second shift.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent.
At least three years of experience in manufacturing, production supervision or management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, tools, and materials.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work during the second shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Supervising, training, and motivating production workers to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Monitoring and adjusting production schedules, workflows, and resources to meet customer orders and deadlines.
Troubleshooting and resolving production issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Reporting on production performance, progress, problems, and solutions to upper management.
Implementing and enforcing production policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborating with 1st shift supervisors, managers, and departments to coordinate production operations and improve efficiency.
