About The Position

As Production Supervisor, you’ll lead a team, optimize processes, and ensure top-quality output in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and support teams in a fast-paced environment; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; computer competency, especially in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with lumber manufacturing, machine maintenance, and process optimization is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Champion safety standards, lead by example, and ensure compliance across all operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maximize product quality and recovery.
- Oversee manufacturing quality, ensuring products meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Engage and support production and maintenance workers to achieve targets and address challenges.
- Foster open communication and support excellence throughout the team.
