About The Position
Safety-Kleen in New Berlin, WI is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their safety conscious team! As a Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of a manufacturing production line or area. Responsibilities include supervising production staff, ensuring production targets are met, monitoring quality control standards, implementing and enforcing safety regulations, and troubleshooting production issues. Works closely with the production manager to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and meet production goals, wastage targets and quality standards. Provides leadership and guidance to production team members and implements training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Why work for Safety-Kleen?
