About The Position

MasterMold is growing and we’re building the next generation of manufacturing leaders to grow with us.

We are actively seeking Production Supervisors to lead critical operations across Press, Paint, Bonding, Assembly, and Finishing on both Day and Night shifts. This role is ideal for hands-on leaders who thrive on accountability, people development, and operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• A hands-on leader who communicates clearly and consistently
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-accountability environments

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred to support effective communication with a diverse workforce

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals
• Plan staffing, scheduling, and labor utilization
• Coach and develop high-performing teams
• Drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality
• Ensure clear shift communication and documentation
• Enforce safety and company policies
