The 2nd shift Production Supervisor position in our Baltimore, MD supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the production employees in our Baltimore, MD facility. The anticipated salary range starts at $48,200-$72,000 and is commensurate with experience. Requirements

A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.
A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Union environment experience preferred.
Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus

Responsibilities

Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Enters employee payroll information and some production scores via computer
Communicates production issues to management
Supervises, orients & trains employees
