We currently have an opening for Production Supervisor in our Sentran Electronics facility, located in Salem, OR. This position is critical to the success of iNRCORE Group and will be supporting the Sentran team, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager. The ideal candidate for this position should demonstrate effective leadership and accountability, sound decision-making and problem-solving skills, clear and consistent communication and solid operational knowledge. Details of the Role: The position of Production Supervisor will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all production and operational activities during the swing shift. This role serves as the sole on-site management authority during assigned hours, overseeing production staff, ensuring safety compliance, and making independent decisions to maintain workflow and productivity. During the course of a standard workday, you will be expected to lead shift operations, manage personnel, monitor production output, enforce safety standards, address issues in real time, and communicate effectively with off-site management to ensure continuity between shifts.
