Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of manufacturing or related industry experience
• Proven supervisory or leadership skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees to ensure safe, efficient operations
• Drive productivity, quality, and scrap reduction goals
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and open communication
• Support and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Coordinate training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with leadership and support teams
