About The Position

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead hourly team members to safely execute daily production plans while driving continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and team engagement within a manufacturing environment.
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (2-2-3) - One week you work: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday; Next week you work Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Coach, train, and develop production employees to support consistent performance and engagement.
• Identify production issues and constraints and lead team‑based problem solving to drive timely resolution.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and staffing are aligned to maintain production schedules.
• Enforce plant rules, policies, and food safety requirements to maintain a clean and compliant environment.
• Support and promote plant safety programs, including adherence to required safety practices and procedures.
• Participate in daily production planning, line performance reviews, and shift handoff meetings.
• Drive execution of standard work and daily direction setting to achieve operational goals.
