About The Position

Price Industries Inc is looking for a Production Supervisor in Winder, GA who will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment while meeting daily and weekly production goals. This position will drive continuous improvement and 5S efforts while maintaining a positive team morale.

Requirements

• College Degree or High School with 5+ years of experience
• 3+ years of supervision role with a proven track record in a high volume, multi-product environment (preferably in sheet metal and HVAC)
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing
• Comfortable in a team-oriented environment
• Proficient in MS Office

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensures product quality, on-time delivery, labor costs, and scrap are meeting or exceeding targets.
• Manages the people power including staffing needs, attendance, training and accurate payroll.
• Address disciplinary issues in a timely and consistent manner.
• Proven experience supervising manufacturing operations in a high-volume environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Experience and ability to lead hourly teams, manage daily production schedules, and effectively control labor, overtime, and scrap.
• Experienced with employee training and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
• Success in driving continuous improvement, supporting 5S and lean practices, and clear communication to ensure accountability and team engagement.
