  • Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations
  • Support, coach, and empower team members to achieve performance and quality goals
  • Monitor production data, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate maintenance needs to minimize downtime and optimize reliability
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
