About The Position

Production Management Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery goals. Ensure production schedules are followed and adjust as needed to address issues. Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and machine utilization. Minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency. Team Leadership & Supervision Lead, motivate, and manage a team. Assign tasks and ensure proper training of employees. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. Enforce company policies, procedures, and workplace standards. Hold interviews for candidates interested in production roles. Quality Control Ensure products meet quality specifications and customer requirements. Promote adherence to quality management systems and continuous improvement practices. Health & Safety Compliance Enforce workplace safety standards and regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections. Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of metalworking industry, equipment, and processes.
  • General knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with business system software.
  • Office systems software – word processing, spreadsheets.
