About The Position
DIS-TRAN Steel is looking to add a Production Supervisor at our Washington Court House, OH location. The Production Supervisor for DIS-TRAN Steel plans, organizes, and controls production in the organization to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the DIS-TRAN standard in a safe environment. This position will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- At least three to five years of supervisory production experience required.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook is required.
- Project Management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills required.
