Responsibilities

Lead a team of production teammates to achieve targets for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
Adhere to and enforce safety standards, and look for opportunities to improve them.
Follow and enforce standard work instructions and procedures.
Step in quickly when flow breaks down to support the team and restore stability.
Achieve and track performance targets, identifying both positive and negative gaps.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Maintain exceptional quality standards, meeting external customer specifications.
