As a Night Shift Production Supervisor with Oberfields, you are responsible for: Delegating Tasks to Your Teams Overseeing Manufacturing Production Training Team Members on How to Use Equipment and Safety Guidelines Reporting Any Safety Incidents/Lack of Cooperation to Management Detecting Defects in Machinery Adjusting and Set-Up Machinery According to Specification Meeting Quality Control Standards Determining Hiring, Firing, and Disciplinary Needs with Management
