Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations Support, coach, and empower team members to achieve performance and quality goals Monitor production data, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement Coordinate maintenance needs to minimize downtime and optimize reliability Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Proven leadership capability grounded in aggregates operations, with a strong focus on developing high-performing, safety-driven teams
  • Skilled in evaluating production priorities across quarry, plant and logistics functions to make sound, timely operational decisions
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation in high-hazard environments
  • Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with equipment operators, maintenance teams, quality control, and management to ensure alignment and operational continuity.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks, optimize production processes, and drive continuous improvement across the operation
