About The Position

Reporting to the Operations Manager at our Louisville, KY facility, you will lead and inspire a 3rd‑shift production team to elevate performance, strengthen processes, and create a strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will guide team members through daily operations, champion safe practices, and ensure that quality and productivity expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED
• 2+ years of experience in a food manufacturing operations environment
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP tools
• Supervisory or team leadership experience
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production loss
• Willingness to work weekends and shift schedules

Responsibilities

• Monitor production performance to ensure quality, productivity, and cost targets are achieved.
• Evaluate team performance and foster growth by sharing clear, constructive feedback and coaching.
• Provide hands-on training that helps team members grow their skills and meet job expectations.
• Enforce plant policies, procedures, and regulations with fairness and consistency.
• Identify bottlenecks or issues in production processes and partner cross-functionally to resolve them.
• Ensure all required resources — materials, equipment, staffing — are in place to meet production schedules.
• Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture by supporting facility and company safety programs.
