This role is responsible for leading a team of production teammates to achieve targets for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability. Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of production teammates to achieve targets for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
  • Adhere to and enforce safety standards.
  • Look for opportunities to improve safety standards.
  • Follow and enforce standard work instructions and procedures.
  • Step in quickly when flow breaks down to support the team and restore stability.
  • Achieve and track performance targets, identifying both positive and negative gaps.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Set the standard, be the standard, and improve the standard.
  • Maintain exceptional quality standards.
  • Learn and apply external customer specifications.
  • Focus on internal customers.
  • Communicate openly and respectfully.
  • Adapt to changing work schedules and production needs as customer demand shifts.
