About The Position

Responsibilities

Lead a team of production teammates to achieve targets for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
Adhere to and enforce safety standards.
Look for opportunities to improve safety standards.
Follow and enforce standard work instructions and procedures.
Step in quickly when flow breaks down to support the team and restore stability.
Achieve and track performance targets, identifying both positive and negative gaps.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Set the standard, be the standard, and improve the standard.
Maintain exceptional quality standards.
Learn and apply external customer specifications.
