Requirements

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar role in a automotive metal manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment
• Proficient in using manufacturing software systems and related tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• 5+ years of progressive experience in a leadership role at a automotive metal manufacturing facility
• Previous machining experience required
• CNC Machining experience
• Previous experience in 5S or Lean Manufacturing required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of manufacturing personnel to ensure efficient production operations
• Work with department leads to develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Train, mentor, and motivate manufacturing staff to achieve performance goals
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
