Job Summary: The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing, managing staff, workflow, quality, and safety to meet production goals efficiently, handling scheduling, troubleshooting, training, reporting, and ensuring compliance with standards for a specific line or area. They act as a key link between management and workers, driving performance and continuous improvement on the production floor.

Requirements

Previous supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing setting
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Knowledge of production planning, equipment, and relevant safety standards

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering)

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, train, and develop production teams
Staffing, scheduling, timekeeping, and performance reviews
Organize workflow, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure production goals and schedules are met
Maintain quality standards, identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and implement cost-saving measures
Enforce safety procedures, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure adherence to regulations
Resolve issues on the production floor, coordinate repairs, and liaise with other departments
Prepare summaries and reports on shift performance, output, and progress
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all hourly operations personnel.
