Requirements

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on production setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Epicor ERP experience is a plus.
  • Additional technical education preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage production employees to meet daily objectives and uphold our high standards.
  • Oversee the workflow, output, and safety of your assigned shift.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to align goals and streamline operations.
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Inspect products to ensure adherence to quality standards and address any defects.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained, safe, and operational—resolving issues quickly.
  • Accurately complete and verify all production documentation.
  • Coach team members to strengthen skills and close performance gaps.
